PropelClick ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using propelclick.com (the "Service"), you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email, company name, assessment answers, and any messages you send us.
• Account information: if you create an account, we store your name, email, and a bcrypt-hashed password.
• Usage data: pages viewed, tools clicked, and aggregated analytics — used to improve the Service.
• Cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, a remember-me cookie if you opt in, and a consent flag for our cookie banner. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your AI readiness report.
• To send you the weekly newsletter if you opted in (unsubscribe link in every email).
• To improve the Service — adjust tool recommendations, fix bugs, and curate the directory.
• To respond to contact requests.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your assessment answers with third parties. We don't use behavioral advertising trackers.

Third parties

We use industry-standard infrastructure providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and DPA agreements. Affiliate links to AI tools are clearly marked with rel="sponsored"; clicking them may share a referral ID with the destination tool's operator.

Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email contact@propelclick.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Assessment records and reports are kept for 24 months, then anonymized. Account data is kept as long as your account is active. Unsubscribed newsletter addresses are kept only to honor your unsubscribe.

Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS), hash passwords with bcrypt, and use prepared statements for every database query. No system is perfect — if you spot a vulnerability, please report it to contact@propelclick.com.
