PropelClick flips that around. The assessment asks five real questions about your business. The report is built for your answers specifically. And the tool recommendations come from a curated list we maintain — not a pay-to-play directory where whoever buys the top spot wins.

How the assessment works

We ask about your business type, your biggest pain points, your team's tech comfort level, and your budget. We combine those signals with a curated tool database and produce a readiness score plus a ranked list of AI tools that fit your profile. No two reports are identical — an agency with a $500 budget and advanced tech comfort gets a very different stack than a solo operator starting free.

How we make money

When you click a tool link in your report and sign up, we may earn an affiliate commission. That revenue keeps the assessment and directory free. We don't accept payment to change rankings, we disclose affiliate links clearly, and we remove tools that stop meeting our quality bar regardless of what they pay.

How we curate the tool directory

A tool makes our list if it (1) is production-ready for small business, (2) has transparent pricing on its public site, (3) has a clear free or low-cost on-ramp, and (4) solves a real workflow problem well. We review the list monthly and re-verify pricing and features quarterly.
